Hi, I suffer with severe anxiety and contamination OCD, I'm petrified and my anxiety is extremely high! I'm stressed, worried and scared!Anyone's anxiety levels through the roof with the fear of getting the coronavirus or their family getting it?
I have high blood pressure which I have had for 15 years or more. Even though I have lost 4 stone it just doesn't come down. This virus is really not helping.
I’m with grovesy on this one. I take each day as it comes. If I didn’t, I’d be a nervous wreck. That’s not to belittle those with anxiety disorders, mind. I’m self isolating, which is about all I can do. I don’t fear coronavirus. I didn’t fear SARS, which was a much more serious disease.
Do not forget that this is a mild illness for the vast majority. A cough, bit of a fever, and you feel rough. That applies diabetic or not. If you have asthma, it can trigger that, or if you smoke you've only yourself to blame.
And another point - there are already cornaviruses circulating all around us. They are one of the causes of the common cold. This just a new one we’ll have to get used to.
I find an exercise bike dull, even watching TV. I had a knee replacement 3 years ago , and I use because it helps my knee.Hi Kiwi. I was rubbish for exercise but I am trying to do some. I did get an referral to join the gym but I'm too scared to go now. I am trying a workout on my exercise bike but I find it so dull.
I am on 3 different types of tablet. It does come down acceptably now if I can relax, but lately I am struggling. I will try and step up the exercise though. Thank you.
