Hiya everyone this is my first time being in antibiotics as a diabetic my hba1c is now 48 after being diagnosed @107 in Jan 22

My sugars seem a little higher atm is this normal when feeling unwell I’ve not eaten anything different to my normal LCHF diet.

Does antibiotics and feeling unwell push up the BG?
 
Absolutely.
 
Some do, yes. I took one antibiotic and it pushed my blood sugar right up.
 
Last time I was unwell:
ill for a few weeks - small rise
antibiotics added eventually - much higher
