I woke up a bit depressed yesterday, partly cos my waking number was higher than usual, partly being fed up with D and not being able to eat like I used to, and partly cos of other things.
This morning I felt better cos my waking number was 5.3, and when we popped out to the plants stall Mr Marten went into Morrisons to see if they some fruity bread he likes. He came out saying he'd got the bread and also some eclairs 🙂. I asked him what the carbs were? Dunno, he said, he didn't look. When I said well, I have to check the carbs he made an exasperated 'uhh!' noise and I felt really ****ed off. As his mother was, and his brother is, diabetic I thought he would have checked. As it turns out Morrisons eclairs are 16.7 each, higher than the M&S ones, so he can have those and I'll keep the two M&S ones which are still in the freezer.
I know it's not a great deal in the grand scheme of things, and y'all have a lot more to cope with, but it just made me feel a bit
