Hi, Today in London was a wee bit hot, not good if you are traipsing down the West End. Felt better when I got to Marble Arch, the night cool air. Slowly but surely I am getting to grips with this. Only thing is I make sure I am out of the house more. It sucks not working at the mo, might try to do voluntary work. I would say I am in the early acceptance stage. All my self-help books I have banished them to the furthest point of my cupboard. i really dont need any of that now. I have found that those books, especially the one concerning dealing with anxiety /depression put ideas in your head. I preferred going to Hammersmith the previous day - much less people, more space. Am I being overly cautious in terms of sugary things, considering, I gave up up sugar in tea/coffee years ago. The only thing I put in my breakfast is one spoonful of honey, I just drink only water and ocassionly the flavoured water. I wont touch a fizzy drink at all. As I go out a lot it's mainly sandwiches after checking they are below the 5g sugar range. Sometimes I feel to just PIG OUT on........Mixed Vegetables just to see what would happen.......If this is too much, please tell me
