In the book Minding my Mitochondria, which you can read about at CCSVI Mexico, Dr. Terry Wahls comments that the typical American diet is causing a multitude of diseases: diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, cancer and of course multiple sclerosis. It is also responsible for childhood health problems such as autism, depression, learning disabilities, obesity and pre-diabetes, says Wahl.

She claims to have cured herself of MS.

I bet she's got a whole range of 'special' food supplements out to go with the book.

Another idea based on a small amount of reasonable science but taken to the extreme (and extended way beyond reason) for fame and fortune.🙄

When I saw this thread title, being a fan of Canadian rock band Rush my immediate thought was "another cure, that helped destroy...". 😛

This is one of my 'favourite' pseudo-science 'cures':

The people who responded to my review on amazon clearly hadn't got diabetes nor had they read the book 🙄

I remember that thread; in my reply I got as close as I could to implying the word "b*****ks" without actually saying it. :D

i quite like it i can understand where she comes from but i think there is nothing to do with diabetes ( maybe t2) why children really young that they dont even try any normal food get diabetes and people in africa get diabetes and they dont have all the convenient food like in the western world!!.
