Had my annual checkup with the (new) nurse at the surgery last week and had bloods taken on tuesday of this week!! Had the results back last nighto_O
Hba1c 38 up from 36 last year
Cholesterol 4.9 up from 4.4 last year
So hopefully the surgery won't be phoning me this year to tell me that my Hba1c is too low:confused:
Quiet pleased with these results after the year that I have had. Hopefully this year will be a lot better, I am feeling a lot healthier than I was and am now able to do so much more ie gardening, decorating etc.😱
 
Great results Mal. My dr thinks mine is too low at 49!
