Well its 5 years ago to the day that I was rushed into hospital and diagnosed with diabetes..

I was very naughty this morning and celebrated with a nice breakfast of 2 Krispy Creme donuts with my American Folgers coffee 😱

In those famous words. "It was naughty but nice" :D

Glad you made it through John, and that we have you as a member here. Did the parrot (is it Rosie?) tell you off for the donuts? 😱 🙂 Happy Diagnosis Day, you deserve to treat yourself a little!

I'm not stupid, Rosie was still in her cage covered 🙄 I don't share my donuts with anyone 😛
