Evening (is it?)

Recently got a nipper (aka sleep thief) in the hoose, so sleep isn't as regular as before! Some evenings/weekends I do nothing sometimes I do as much as possible, jobs around house garden etc and knacker myself oot, and I guess sometimes I do get a wee bit stressed aboot the wee lad! So levels have been some what up and down, not really bad but more lows than norm and maybe I'm just finding it harder to think about me and what I have just eaten and not injecting the right amount, or could it be less sleep affects levels in some ways?

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts!?

Cheers and hope all are well.

Rossi 🙂

Sleep deprivation does all sorts of strange things to you.

In the first few weeks we were doing as little as was needed to survive (cleaning, pah whats that?) and trying to get some sleep whenever we could.

It normally gets better.

Oh, and congrats 🙂

Glad to see you are OK Rossi. Yes it gets better as time passes. It also passes quickly and before you know it they have been through school and uni! However you always worry about them. 🙂
