Been given this on top of my Lisinopril to help with my "hyper-tension"......

Anyone else had experience with it? So far the results are really good in terms of blood pressure, and that's just with one tablet......🙂

Any side effects?

I'm taking this too, just over a week into it, on top of Ramipiril - no side effects so far, and my BP appears to be settling, was 130/90 last night! Still a bit high, but way better than when I started!

I am usually at 140/80, last night I was quite low about 99/75, so a bit on the low side, but good news for me, with just one pill [just started yesterday] on top of 20mg of Lisinopril, seeing as my retinopathy/maculopathy is still very much here.....

thanks for the response....🙂

It can have ghastly side effects for some people NRB - but then so can a lot of other things. I mean most normal people would die if I injected them with the amount of insulin I have, wouldn't they?

And I think that puts it into perspective really. So don't read up the horror stories ever to begin with LOL - but always do in the unlikely event summat 'odd' starts to happen to you.

Been on this for 5 or 6 years now not had any problems at all,i take it along side of irbasartin prob spelt wrong.

I had problems with it NRB, initially I was okay but then started to get a lot of fluid retention....swollen ankles etc.....it did lower my bp....but made me feel 'not right'

Hope the good levels persist without any side-effects developing 🙂 My BP is regularly around the 100/70 mark - I take 4mg candesartan. Whenever I get a new pill/potion to take I always read the PIL (Patient Information Leaflet) to see what the side-effects could be (bearing in mind that you may not get any of them, or you might get something that no-one else has reported!)

Thank you all for your experiences.........🙂
