Welcome @Mileymoo2020🙂 You’d be surprised how many Type 1s are diagnosed as adults. It used to be thought to be a childhood condition, but more people over 30 are diagnosed with Type 1 than under 16. The oldest person to be diagnosed was in their 90s!

My mother took gestational diabetes then developed type two at 40 then I was diagnosed at 26 .
I am on levemir twice daily and novarapid for meals and I am on the libre 2 sensor which has been a god send. I have also done the dafne course through my diabetic nurses .
