Greek full fat yog and berrys and a few nut is my breakfast but have to add tsp of honey to satisfy my taste.

Any alternative to honey thats lower in carbs.

All the time you are sweetening your food you are maintaining the level of sweetness you expect to have in your food. You can either use an artificial sweetener or just cut back on the amount of honey you use, little by little.

It doesn't quite hit the same taste buds, but I add a teaspoon of cinnamon to my Greek yoghurt, which for me improves the flavour.
I also remember reading somewhere a while ago that cinnamon has a beneficial effect on blood sugar levels, but not sure if that is just hearsay.

Cinnamon has long been thought beneficial - it has attributes of warmth and youth, so an ideal thing for winter and old age.
One of my recent ancestors was a herbalist with a sideline in psychic 'readings' - it is often surprising how the attributes turn out to be real.

@Maca44 have a look for Skinny Food Co syrups, they have a website and if your on Facebook I'm pretty sure if you go to @NotWorriedAtAll page she has a discount code available on them, she uses them so maybe ask for recommendations xx

I don't have a sweet tooth, so the Greek yoghurt I make at home is quite sweet enough for me.

For the odd time I want to add sweetener, I tend to use Stevia Drops, but a number of people I know swear by Lokanto Monkfruit as being closest to the real deal. They have various styles and syrups, so there might be something there for you.
