Already getting fed up with counting carbs!

Hi Greymouser, try this app as it really helpful with counting your carbs and your be amazed at what is not good for you. Cut your carbs out or down using this app. My fitness pal. Good luck

@ Browser: Yes thanks for that, I have spoken to my wise pharmacist now and he has told me to stop worrying!
 
It does get easier. Trust me, i have diabetes!

It always keeps you on your toes... Im away at the moment and Scottish carbs dont seem to have the same effect as Dorset carbs😱 Why? Goodness knows.

You get to know the carbs in what you usually eat and the usual effect, but dont bank on it!

I am still trying to get used to technology,wanted to speak to ",pottersun" re pancreatic cancer. I had acute pancreatitis and diabetic as result.have been told no matter how good I am I will have to go on insulin!! I am now trying my best to do low carb. Diet to try and stick to metformin plus forxgia. Sorry I am rambling but felt I wanted to talk to u. You must have had a horrendous time. Thanks for listening, I hope I have got the right person, as u can tell I am very new to this.
