All happening at once

Wow, everything is happening at once for me. All v v good things but it is a bit too much to take in.

In the space of 2 weeks I am going to have

• a new house
• a new job (internal promotion so not a new workplace)
• a new life support system (pump)

I am feeling like it is all too good to be true.
