Any tips on dealing with alcohol would be welcome...
I've been on low carbs since the first of the month. Having dropped to 3.4 after one glass of wine on Sunday night, I wondered if a way round it would in fact be to have some carbs.
Last night I went for a Chinese meal. I didn't have any rice, but I did have prawn on toast and won ton (as well as any carbs that might have been in the sauces). Still got down to 3.6
It seems I might as well have had a 'normal' Chinese. But I don't really want to go back to eating all those carbs because when I am not drinking my levels are so much better.
