Mmmm! My idea of heaven a good bacon butty with a bit of brown sauce and some grilled tomato, served with a massive mug of tea. There was a time I'd have had lashings of butter on it too, but those days are gone, now it's a wee scrape of Olivio instead.
Of course I'm quite particular about my bacon and how it's cooked. Up here you can get your bacon sliced really thin so it cooks nice and crispy, which is how I like mine.

Mmm, bacon - I haven't had a good bacon butty in ages. Although with the way my body reacts to carbs at breakfast time it would need to be a lunch time meal for me.
Normally I grill our bacon (to nice and crispy) but we have now got one of these george foreman thingies so I might have to give that a test. I do remember when I used to help my father that one of his restaurant customers did her bacon in the oven. Sometimes that would be easier especially if I'm doing a bulk for sandwiches - not sure how long I would bake it for.
Today I've got prawns in my lunch, which for me comes a close second after bacon - yum!
