Advice required permission refused/ignored for an alert dog

It sounds like he (and you!) needs much more support from his diabetes team.

There is currently a trial recruiting called HARPDoc, which is a new intervention which was very successful in supporting people who experience repeated severe hypoglycaemia as you describe. The trial is running in centres across the UK and I believe travel expenses may be available for suitable candidates.

I wonder if something like that might help?
