Advice on Statins and their known risk in increasing Diabetes and Diabetic Insulin Resistance

Ha.ha. We know those roads........years and years of travelling North and South with occasional trips East..several bumps, a couple of detours, a couple of speeding fines, a crash, easy trips, horrid ones, weather...
We shall stay at home, but shall raise a glass with best wishes.
 
40+ years ago we used to travel exactly 100 miles between my parents house and in laws house on Christmas Day (mainly motorway driving) and would not see another car or just a few cars. We had to eat a Christmas meal at both houses.
