I can remember years ago (circa 1974) getting 'drinking yoghurt' whilst on holiday in Filey - loved it! Then it seemed to disappear from the shops fr decades and is now making a comeback, it seems! 🙂
I'm interested to hear what your results are - I'm getting bored with the same thing for breakfast each morning. I saw the Activia yoghurt on display but put it back as it seemed to have a very high amount of sugar. It may depend on the flavour though...
Hi i havent looked at the amount of sugar i just looked at the carbs,im also on insulin so i will just inject the required amount and see what happens,im still trying to get the doses right although not having much success at the moment.

the results are as follows i took 9 units of novorapid the dose is what dsn has told me to take for breakfast but anyway here goes.
9.5 gram carbs per 130 gram serving.
pre breakfast 9.8
1 hrs after 9.9
2 hrs after 8.7
4 hrs after 6.9
Well you certainly stayed very steady, with a fall at the end which was good because it brought your level within range. It suggests that if your pre-meal was around 5.5 for example, the insulin you gave might have been a touch too much but fine in these circumstances 🙂
