Accurate scales

Hello, I am starting to monitor my diet more closely as of today.

Does anyone recommend an accurate set of scales, probably digital, so that I can follow the nutritional labels etc?

I know that Drug Dealers use them but it seemed rude to ask them because they are always so busy, and violent!

I bought this scale a few months ago, which I am happy with. It's large enough to put a large dinner plate on to add and weigh food , it has a zero function and choice of weighing options It's not cheap .

I have found the add and weigh function very useful.
Their are others that are cheaper

Sorry I can't help as we got ours years ago long before I was diagnosed as we did a lot of baking but I couldn't help but lol at the lasts part of this x
