if you have access to online medical records and have undergone any tests and told everything is okay then it is all ways worth checking the results if not 100% certain.

i had a recent blood test and noted quite a few abnormal readings. basically told everything was fine but when i went through a FB count i noted something was not normal for me based on past results.

luckily i had a very good doctor who went back through the results and explained quite a lot but then noted that one wasn't okay and it showed that i was bleeding from somewhere inside.

thank heavens it was spotted and treatment has now commenced but as mentioned it is all ways worth checking any results for that just in case.

the question to ask any doctor is 'what is normal for me and what is not normal for me' seems a strange question to put but that is what they understand.

Well spotted @mikeydt1 I`ll be checking mine this afternoon.

There's normal for ... the "normals" (general population) and normal for me.
Access is not allowed in my area.

Hee hee! - just made exactly that point on the 'Hair Loss' thread.

Hi. It is NHS policy as of a year or so ago that people have online access to the key parts of their medical records. If your surgery blocks that then complain to your Practice Manager and if necessary the CCG. It is not an option for surgeries to block access unless there is a very good medical reason for specific patients.
