Hi all,

Been abit quiet well quiet for me past 2 days, not really cause mum in law arrived but been having issues that ive kept preety much to myself or close family and really close mates have only known, but anyways to cut a long story short i had not had a period since december and intially took pregnancy test came back neg so had a blood test and that came back neg also, so had to be seen in the gyno bit of the hospital yesterday had the jelly on the belly and then had to have an internal was not expecting none of that but mil was with me so she was great support, problem they have found is the lining of my womb is too thick it is supposed to come away when a lady has a period but mine is not, the condition is called endometriosis i have to have hormone tests to determine things but she did say the lining was double the size it should be, so at the moment im abit down thinking anymore bad news and ill crumble, so thats the reason ill not be so prevelent for abit x

thanks all for PM's

p.s i'll be back always am.

Steffie my dear, hoping all goes well for you. I will miss you (have missed you!) but totally understandable. You take good care of yourself and update us when you are up to it. Best wishes 🙂

Good luck with it all Steffie, the good thing is that hey know what is wrong, which hopefully means they can treat it.
Keep us informed

{{{ hug }}}

Take care Steffie , you are such a great support to everyone x

I'm really sorry to hear you have endometriosis, thinking of you. Take care.

Good luck Steffie!

A few of our friends have recurring endo, it's not particularly nice. It's a common problem in infertility circles.

Keep an eye on the med's side effects - some of them will make you feel like you are post-menopausal.

Stef, I can only add to what others have said - good luck and sending love and hugs while you get over this hurdle.

Hi steff.

Sorry to hear it's yet another thing to contend with. Relieved that your MIL is still with you and supporting you through it all.

Keep in touch and hope to see you back posting very soon.

Rob and Sarah.

before having graham they said that i had endometrisis then i went to london to the queen charlotte and they told me it was scaring from previous infection plus PCOS that i already had operated a few times anyway so i imagine how you feel good luck?

Take care of yourself Steffie

Steffie, I hope all goes well for you. I have known a couple of people who had the same thing. I think they had some kind of hormone treatment. . Everyone I know has said it is treatable.

Thinking of you Steff, having suffered from this myself, I can well imagine how you must be feeling. Take care x
