abbott recall test strips

abbott has recalled 359 million test strips
precision Xceed pro,precision Xtra, mediSerse optium,optium,optium EZ, and relion ultima

this is in the us i do not know if sold there
they were manufactured between jan/may 2010

sold in stores and online

also used in hospitals and health care facilities

said the strips did not pick up enough blood and caused low bs readings

think it is kinda last to be telling this

but thought i would pass it along
