In the land of sweet temptation

There's loads of things out there



The hotel offers all kinds

It's a carbohydrate pot

My own civil war has broken out

I could, frankly, have the lot



Give thought to what you're doing

Think twice about that high

You know diabetic boundaries

You know the reason why



Enjoy the time while out there

It's a night away for you

Give a thought to diabetes

In everything you do
