Not able to get out M was in and said he would go to Lidls for me so asked him to get me salads and sausage rolls (for the carbs you understand) i had them for tea was really nice, am glad to be back to normal tea I have missed my salad tea
Anyone else glad to get back to "normal" meals?
 
We've just had salad & coleslaw with fishcakes, fishcakes price were reduced by 50% in Aldi this morning so snapped them up together with few packet of chicken beast that were also half price.
 
We had turkey left over from yesterday, with roast spuds (I only had one) and fresh veg. No extras like sausage in bacon or stuffing. Larry finished off the Xmas pudding but I didn't have any. Although I enjoyed the Christmas food I feel much better now my BG has gone back down.
