Relationship to Diabetes
At risk of diabetes
Hi all.
I was recently diagnosed (Dec 22) with prediabetes!
I suffered a TIA (MINI STROKE) back on Aug 22,
and since then I've had numerous tests and X-rays!
Which confirmed my attacks & my prediabetes.
To understand Diabetes im actually creating a new Dawn in my life!
LIFE WITHOUT /SWEETS/COKE AND OTHER NASTIES OH WELL!
so healthy lifestyle it is.

Welcome to the forum @Nedster

Glad to hear you are seeing the hews that you are at risk of diabetes as an opportunity to make some positive changes, and have a bit of a life ‘reset’.

You wouldn’t be the first member to later reflect that their brush with diabetes has been something of a catalyst which resulted in them feeling fitter and healthier than they have for years!

Hope you are fully recovered from your TIA.

Good luck, and keep us posted with your progress 🙂

And welcome to the forum from me too @Nedster Make the changes, you know it makes sense, and you'll feel so much better for it like I did. Good luck in the future.
