I have only been a member on here for a few days but I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all from me and Riley! I haven't felt silly asking any questions and feel very welcomed by you all. I've told Riley I have been coming on here and I have told him if he wants me to ask questions on his behalf I will do it 🙂
Thanks again! I am sure I will have plenty more questions to ask during our time getting used to our new normal! X

Glad you have found the forum helpful and welcoming. I found it invaluable when I was first diagnosed.

Very happy to have been able to help at this very worrying and difficult time 🙂 Keep the questions coming, we like to be kept on our toes! 🙂

Haha, I'm sure that won't be a problem! Xx

Glad people have been of help. Good if Riley can have his questions answered.

Yay. On one forum I was on, it was great to be a Member and not a n00b.
I missed saying hello. Welcome from a T2 who's just about 16 months in.

I think it is wonderful that you are taking such proactive steps to learn all that you can about the condition and the most effective management steps to keep your little lad on the right side of things. Having this guidance from you at such an early age will surely give him the best chance of a very positive long term outcome. If I and I'm sure every other member of this forum can offer whatever advice we can from positions of personal experience of dealing with the condition then we are all very glad to do so. The new normal really doesn't need to be scary for a boy who must be a damned sight braver than I am to be facing diabetes so young.

Thank you Ralph! Xx

Thank you for your kind words Liberty 🙂 xx

This forum has been a great help since I was diagnosed last August. I'm not sure I could have got through it without the people on here. I'm glad that it's helping you and Riley.

Glad you found the forum Stacey, and that it has been so helpful.

We were all newbies once and we are always happy to help. Keep the questions coming, it keeps us on our toes. :D

Seconding what everyone else has said, this forum has been a treasure trove of good advice & info. All the best, stacey and Riley :D , we're glad to help!
