would EH not get you to do that anyways? and by that time it would be out of your system, as you report it to EH its there duty to follow it up they send you a sample kit and u then go to GP but i reckon it would be to late by then

When I was ill GP sent sample to lab and lab informed EH and the ball was set in motion. All need to ring GP's though and tell them and ask what is best to do. It might save others being ill as well.

I'm just gonna complain and also thank the lady behind the bar for her help.. Think she realised it was the food though as well.

Think it is important that they know what happened etc and hopefully it won't happen again

Sounds the best plan....

I definetly think they need to know, as it could continue happening otherwise

Good on you Di, Had a bit of a bad tum when got home last night but not sure if connected, Me and Mr Roo only had a sarnie there.

Hope you're on the up now Di?

Next time you want a personal chauffeur just ask love
:D

I think they will be genuinely upset about what happened Di, and take steps to make sure whatever went wrong doesn't happen again. It's a nice pub and the staff were really friendly.

Rain, rain? that ain't right it's wet and cold lol:D

ETA where would such a saying come from?

Paul, dare I say it? I would vote for you after what you did yesterday, you are a terrific bloke with a family to match 🙂

Your very welcome Di anytime, hope ur recovery was a speedy 1 & glad u got home ok and thanx to pauly & co for getting you home safely, soz to hear that jeanette and daughter took ill as well, hope they get better soon too.

From the number of people that seem to be unwell after attending, it sounds like that pub needs to be added to the "don't go back there" list! 😱

The most likely cause of bad food is poor hygiene rather then spoiled food. So if a number of people got ill having eaten different things - then you can guess that something is wrong somewhere.
