Hey everyone.

So last year I desided get fitter etc hit the gym etc

Been diabetic 17 years now. Got abit complacent. Hb1c 7.5.

I know everyone is different but I know I can do better.

The gym and fitness classes were a killer but I noticed I had good and great days when the sugar was on point.

I've spoke to my local gym crew and a friend of a friend said try a freestyle libre.

Did some homework and got the new freestyle libre 2 (German one) shipped over and got it linked with xdrip and also managed to link it to my watch.

Now I relized how much work I have to do.

I did have great success with a keto diet and I loved it but it did not help with the gym. Not enough energy.

Targeted keto was something I'm thinking so trying next.

Does anyone have any experience using xdrip and or guides

Really looking to tighten control up etc

I'll read through about foods and diets

Probably worth joining the Libre Geeks group on Facebook for advice on xDrip and Libre?

You might find EXTOD useful for exercise info with T1D too? Runsweet was always the go-to website, but I’m not sure that is maintained so much any more?

Good luck with your push to improve BGs and exercise more. Let us know how you get on.
