Of course there are differing takes on Low Carb, but I just came across this one..... Carnivorous Diet.... There are some quite reasonable arguments for this diet which I found quite interesting.

For myself, the jury is still out, need to do some more investigation before I buy-in, but anyway, enjoy....

Blood and milk shakes, yack. Heart, lungs, liver, brains, eyes and testicles, yack, yack, yack.
Must admit, never tried eyes & testicles.... Would give the eyes a miss though (unless starving).... The problem is though, that the average American is so squeamish about offal that (unless you go to Mexican or Asian stores) you can seldom see offal on the supermarket shelves.
One time, when the Wife was away for the weekend, I picked up some liver..... The dogs & I thoroughly enjoyed it but did I catch hell about the smell when "She who is to be obeyed" got home on Sunday evening.

Mmmm...liver and bacon in onion gravy...!

I was crusing random websites a couple of years ago. One had relationship advice. It talked about boundaries, deal breakers and that people have limits.
Cooking liver in a place where there will be others is one big line to cross!
