I thought I would be a little adventurous tonight. Supper consisisted of scrambled eggs, baked beans, salad and a slice of veggie bread, Greek yogurt and blueberries for desert The whole thing was delicious. Moment of truth 2 hours later and the feast was 6.5. Deep joy🙄.TBH most of the foods I eat now are pretty similar to pre- diabetes, just a little less.
