When working from home I always remove my contact lenses at lunchtime and switch to my glasses to rest my eyes.....today I shut down my computer at 5pm, put on my coat and boots and set off on my walk (trying to get back in the habit after a lapse), as I go I realise things look quite blurry, I take off my glasses, wipe them...nope, still blurry...my heart sinks, here we go again, bloods must be up, knew I shouldn’t have got lazy with my walks......speed up my pace to get maximum benefit.
I get back home feeling SO down and disappointed with myself, go to the bathroom, reach to shut the blind.....there are my glasses in the case.....I had been wearing my pound shop reading glasses I use for close work on top of my contacts.......duh 😳

At least your eyes would have recovered quickly just put the right glasses on! :D

It’s easy done!

From one blond to another, I couldn’t find my vape the other day, searched high and low, felt tired and thought too many carbs (that’s how it affects me) and later made a coffee, got the milk from the fridge and lo and behold there is was on the fridge shelf!! Don’t even remember going in the fridge - I’m putting it down to the menopause - I put everything down to the menopause!!!!

My sister's as bad and she's not even got the excuse of being blonde. :D She looks all over for her specs when they're on her head all the time!
