Hi, Sorry to hear about your 22.0. I was hoping for a false reading.

Did you wash your hands after the test and check again?

I can only hope you feel better soon.

Emma - its probably the stress over trying to get the little one tested. I know stress can double my insulin requirements. Oh and yes I have been known to think I must have done something really bad to be punished - but really I know its not true and try and challenge the thought when it comes.

Hi All, I totally agree I am quite positive most of the time, and have been trying to exercise so have been struggling with my BSL, I went to my nurse the other week as could not stop crying and did not know why!! Be strong and hope things get easier! :D

Emma-did you get your levels back down again ok?

I was 6.2 by the time I got home, and I did not correct, it was just a humoungous spike. Ridiculous. All I ate was a pitta bread, raw veg, spinach & lentil pate, and an apple. No cake or anything at all.
