Thanks forum people,
Exactly 2 years ago I was diagnosed with a 22 reading after 6 weeks of the worst flu ever and needing a check up. Had no idea what diabetes was, Dr wrote T1 on screen, got home after getting meter n meds, googled Diabetes then went back couple weeks later showed him readings and he said hmmm, you're T2, forgot to mention to him I lost the 1.5sts from having the flu and not eating 🙂
Came here nearly straightaway and read stacks of posts which helped me immensely. Food ones especially.
You all do great work here, my clinic is superb but this forum helped me daily.
Cheers kids!
