So happy to say, after the shock of tipping over to diabetec at Christmas 2024 (73/75)….. Ive had 2 consecutive great results… April (36), July (35)……. So pleased!
 
Many congratulations on 2 really fantastic consecutive results!

Are you still on metformin or have you stopped that now? Looks like you are well on your way to your goal of remission, if not already there if you have stopped the medication?.
I am sure that others will find your results really inspirational, so thanks for posting.
 
Thankyou very much for your kind reply. The diabetic nurse has suggested medication is not needed now (have been on 1500 metformin since Dec 24)……..however, Ive decided in agreement with them to reduce this gradually. So for now i have reduced to 1000 until October when I will hopefully reduce to 500 with a view to being at 0 by the new year.

Re the metformin, the approach to a slow reduction is an excellent idea.
