so i'm 2.4 and feel fine. i only thought to test because in fact i feel so ridiculously full of energy, like i can't stop moving!

have had juice and a big slice of uncut bread (mmmmm, the things you can eat when you're low...) so i expect to be right as rain in half an hour or so!

i haven't been this low in a long time, felt it deserved its own thread!

hi shiv glad you feel ok gosh that is low, i must admit sometimes i feel funny and wont stop talking insessintly about nothing i wont stop for breathe and i wont let o/h reply or interrupt he even said to me have you sniffed something lolz

Hi Shiv,

Hope you are back in the land of the perfect levels by now! I've had a few lows like that, I think that you notice mainly when you are falling quickly - a slow fall often hardly registers with me.

Here's my poem 'Thirty words for snow' to describe my feelings on the matter:

The weather comes in many forms,
We have a name for each,
And Eskimos have words for ?snow? ?
Too numerous to teach!

In Manchester, I?ve heard it said,
So many kinds of rain
Can fall upon a single day,
It permeates the brain!

But what about low sugar?
So many terms we lack?
There?s ?hypo? or its bigger friend,
The hypoglycaemic attack!

What about the ?slowpo?
That takes an hour to fall?
We might not even know
That we are having one at all!

Then there is the ?plummet?
That falls at such a rate
We panic and we fret and sweat
That we may be too late!

Let?s not forget ?rebounder?
That strikes just like a viper,
But when you treat it, rockets up
And leaves you feeling hyper!

The ?raging ocean? is the worst
With peaks and troughs so wide
That plunge you down, then up, then down,
And floundering in the tide?

So, ?hypo? isn?t quite enough,
We need some other way
To let you know when we go low,
Just what we mean to say!

:D
