Visited gp practice yesterday (headache for several days). Had bg taken. 13.5 around 3 hours after eating. Eyesight was a bit funny yesterday too. She also checked my urin for keytones. That's the firs time I've ever had that done. (She also complained it was too dark.)

It sounds like cake needs to be reduced further! 😉
Seriously though, have you been lapsing with your diet recently or is your condition becoming worse? Do you self test? If not. it might be a good idea to start.
Hope you get things under control again soon!
Not sure it is any consolation but my urine has been much darker than I would like for the past few weeks too, even when I drink a lot of water.
