I have been on the change for life programme for just about a year. In that time i have the Xpert course and learned about carb counting and have started swimming 25 lengths twice a week. In doing so i have managed to reduce my insulin intake by by 15u a day. But even on a 90 carbs diet i have NOT lost any weight 😡. the next step is combining 90carbs with a 1200cals diet. But i am really struggling to get my head around it. On the days i have made the effort i finish the day feeling hungry and end up blowing it😳
I am really hoping that someone here is doing 1200cals a day so i can compare notes- because i am on the verge of giving up.
I have to see the bariatric specialist in six weeks and i weigh the same now at when i first saw her.
