Surprised to see dates in there, and no cauliflower! I don't think I have ever eaten avocado.

The title alone makes it seem spammy to me, and put me off watching it.

I seem to recall dates being the sweetest of all the dried fruits?

no rhyme or reason to it - yes there are some good choices - but they are presented in isolation as though they could work by magic.
Dates are very high sugar - blueberries are the highest of all the fruits commonly called berries - best avoided when there are far better choices.

I was surprised too EDUD's but this is Diabetes Association USA talking ~ not Diabetes UK. Seems to me that they need to go back to the drawing board as to which foods can be helpful toward maintaining lower blood glucose levels ~ not elevating them:( According to the book CARB & CALORIE COUNTER there's 68g Carbs per 100g weight of dried dates.
@Jeandp I totally agree with you re Dates too 😱 and Noooooo mention of Cauliflower!?!! Shame on them!!
