Hi After all those eternal questions and controversies online Ive managed to have a chat with a DN nurse about diet and test results. They are happy Im type 2 , not LADA - 1.5 type) And the test results shown below my post are satisfactory. In fact Im allowed to let up on carbs a bit. Ive stil not got my weight above 8 stone but Im going to work on that when the heat subsides.
A GP did admit that there is a theory around unexpected diabetes like mine which came within 6m of a healty blood test might have been triggered by vaccine.
Thanks everyone fr the encouragement over the year. No doubt there will still be questions !
PS Im not sure my stone to kg conversions are correct . I went from 10stone in Dec 20 to 7stone .10 in August 21
