That is a worry,Facebook is full of scammers on the local town and buying and selling pages,I was wondering how long it would take for people to take money for shopping that's never going to happen and trusting people handing over debit cards with pins,I've also lost count of the people that have bought second hand washing machines that when you plug them in they don't work!

The one I read about the person gave the person cash to do the shopping for them, not to be seen again.
 
Spam emails offering "Virus Immunity Oil".

Hard to imagine falling for that, but I suppose a few people do, sadly.

Yeah but these sort of people have always been around.
I have just seen a post on Facebook suggesting people who are vulnerable put a pillowcase in their letterbox, so neighbours can help. Although it is laudable , I think it an advertisement to scumbag.

Even if I had a spare £6,000 just to throw away on nothing, I would rather wipe my bum on leaves than line the pockets of such horrible people!
 
Who would spend so much money unless they thought that they could sell them on for more
