I recently bought Cleansing Hand Wipes from Tesco to make doing finger pricks easier and quicker, however i noticed my levels where noticeably lower than they had been earlier in the day. Earlier today, I went out walking for the first time since my diagnosis on Tuesday. So I don't know whether it was the light exercise or the hand wipes thats lowering my levels (I'm very new to this:D). Does anyone have any ideas?

My money's on the exercise.

Possibly the exercise but then if you didn't make sure the area was properly dry after using the wipe then possibly the fact your finger is slightly damp from the wipes xx

Most people mentioning BG changes because of residue on fingers tend to report higher BGs so I’d also think it was the exercise or some other factor.
