Sondy butter biscuits with coconut filling available in Lidl 13.5g per two biscuits but I have to say these are quality biscuits
 
They sound nice, might take a look tomorrow as looking for more stuff to add to my grandads Christmas hamper (not that he's diabetic)

Are you England or Scotland though as some products are only place specific

They are amazing, the big problem is trying not to eat them all in one go, I'm in Scotland

I don't eat biscuits, they aren't worth the insulin to me lol, that's great I'm scotland as well so hopefully I'll find them for him xx
 
Hmm - a whole meal or two biscuits - not a sensible alternative really.
I can have butter and coconut no problem.
