First it was tendonitis, then it was Morton's neuroma causing the pain. Went to see a podiatrist today to see what they could do. Yes, I do have a Morton's neuroma but it's not causing my pain, as it isn't nerve pain I'm experiencing. He took down history of my pain then had a look at my feet. Turns out that capsulitis is the cause of my problems. Also known as pre-dislocation. So I now have a lovely splint to see if it will push my toe back in place. Plus excerises to do. And go back in 6 weeks to see if it's helped. Down side is doing the long walks that I enjoy doing isn't helping it. So been advised to look at other forms of excercise like cycling and swimming.
