Just come back from my consultants appointment, hba1c down to 41 . Although it was only 59 when I was diagnosed 4 months ago . Lost another stone in weight . Feel so much more positive. Thanks for all the brilliant advice I have received on this forum it is really appreciated

Congratulations! That is absolutely brilliant news and hopefully an inspiration to others. It is one thing getting good advice but following that guidance and sticking to it is the difficult bit, so be very proud of yourself. Well done on your fantastic achievement.
