Relationship to Diabetes

Hi All,

I've recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. There seems to be a lot of information around but I'm having trouble as to which to look at!! I'm so glad I found this forum. I was looking for a support group in Liverpool but can't find any.Does anyone know of any?
