Good afternoon,

Almost one less thing to think about. Discharged from hospital after CT hand surgery, not too much of a scar. It looks like I have grazed my hand. One less hospital appointment on my list.Only hand therapy next week but according to the consultant I will be told all good, goodbye :D. Now what is left to worry about - oh yes, the other hand may well start carpalling (or carpoling), my BGLs, any slight unwanted weight loss, people commenting in my skinny legs, dodgy knees, dental appointment for a filing and the results of my recent eye screening...🙄🙂. That is all I can currently think of but I am sure I must have missed something out. I didn't realise this would be such fun - ha ha - NOT 😱. Ok time for soup and butter beans.:D

It’s good to hear your hand us doing well.
Sometimes it seems we spend more time at various medical appointments than we do at home.

Nice at least to get something ticked off your list! 🙂 I know how you feel. Having recently moved house to a new part of the country I've had to organise new surgery and hospital appointments, and a new dentist. Surgery involved general appointments to verify existing medications and state of play, but also some extra ones leading to a diagnosis of asthma. After my eye hospital appointment I came away with three new conditions requiring appointments, and I broke a tooth which meant extra dental work 😱 Oh, and I turned 60 the other day, so my surgery has booked me in for an 'age review' 🙄 What fun! I wouldn't mind but I'm generally quite a fit and healthy person!

Sorry but I’m giggling away here.

It’s enough to make you feel ill isn’t it. :D

Ah, I did forget something, BREXIT and the weekend news that David Cameron was thinking about returning to front line politics. I also tested my BGL and it was 7.3 - too many butter beans maybe?!!! Frist time in ages, but the hand makes me feel ok.
