Hi,
I thought it was about time I joined the forum, having followed it since my T2 diagnosis three months ago. Then, my HbA1c was 85, but having followed a low carb diet for three months and shed over two stone, I have just heard it has dropped to 45 and I don't need to start medication! I am just a bit worried about whether I can maintain my new healthy lifestyle through the winter months, and loose the rest of the excess weight I have carried for years.
Anyone else in the same situation? It would be good to share support...
