Not sure I have done this yet so here goes...
I care for my elderly mum, Type II on Gliclazide, taken off Metformin over a year ago. She has a lot of conditions - strong as an ox but falling apart at the seams.
It's a steep learning curve and quite worrying when not trained in care, diabetes, or any of her conditions.
Trying to understand diabetes to help manage it for my mum.
I ask some bizarre questions and face ridicule for them, but it's from the heart, trying to know what to do for my mum to help her.
I am dyslexic so my grammar etc might be a bit odd especially when I am tired or worried, I have a tendency to word things back to front!
