Relationship to Diabetes

Having just, a fortnight ago, found that I seem to be in the area of Border Line Type II, it comes as a bit of a shock for one of four score years, maybe luckier than many who are diagnosed much earlier in life. Of course this raises some thoughts on how to re-arrange my lifestyle so I will soon be off to the General Message Board.
