🙂 I see when ordering lancets sometimes it sometimes offers different lancets for same 'stabber' i.e. 28G or 30G..
Any ideas on what this means please..?

That sounds like the gauge, but I’m more used to those numbers relating to insulin needles not lancets.
 
It's not about type 1 with insulin, it's type 2 with lancets ..
 
It's the gauge (thickness) of the lancet needle I prefer the 33g ones as far finer than the brutal 28g ones.
 
Ahh ok so the bigger the number the finer the lancet...?
